We are still trying to find a knowledgable person to give some regular updates on activities but until then we have provided some links to the bigger picture of what is happening at a national level.
The planting of the Wildflower Meadows are definitely key initiatives by the village of Adare but as you would expect there is a lot more that can be done to reverse the decline in the bee population. A couple of Information Sessions have already taken place in Adare and it is hoped that more can be done in the coming months , years ahead.
If you have any interest in supporting or leading more activity within the village wrt Pollinators please email us at adaretidytowns@gmail.com or if you have further suggestions please complete enquiry form with comments.
